I travel for work and have stayed here many times. I love that the rooms have ceiling fans. I have never found issues in my rooms and the beds are comfortable. My only issue is that on more than one occasion they have charged the card I leave for incidentals for the room even though the booking has been prepaid. This has happened 3 times now. It is almost a month since I've stayed here and I am still waiting for one of the charges to be reversed. I had chatted with the manager on this and emailed her all the information she requested only to be ghosted.

Zero personal service. Average rooms. Disappointing "breakfast". We checked in using a kiosk with someone in another country on a video monitor. Not very personal. The only time I saw hotel staff was the next morning after checking out. When I asked the quickest way to my room, the man in the video hesitated and then replied, "You can take the stairs." Not much for details or descriptions. I'll find it myself thanks. The rooms were OK. Most typical hotel wear evident. At 8 the next morning, there were 4 guests in the breakfast area. No cups for any beverages. No coffee. Very limited selection of food items and I could not find hotel staff, even checking behind the "Staff Only" door. Great location but I wouldn't stay here again on principle alone.

Absolutely terrible. Stood in front of a screen talking to someone from a remote location. Only person checking in, still took over 20 minutes and a couple calls to the hotel operator to check in and get my key. Room was just okay, breakfast was a joke. I will never be staying here again.

4 groups of our family were staying at the same location. We stayed at a Baymont Hotel in Finchburg, WI in September 2023 and had a totally different experience. It was very positive; we will stay there again!
